Easy InnKeeping^TM8.7 Maintenance

Scheduled System Maintenance – System will be down.In order to continue providing you quality service, we will be performing a scheduled system maintenance to the Easy InnKeeping PMS and Easy WebRez Booking Engines on the following schedule.This is an operation that is scheduled once a year.

Maintenance Schedule - (7 Hours - System will be down)

Maintenance Starts:June 16th at 10 pm CST

Maintenance Ends:June 17th at 5 am CST

Be prepared – Plan Ahead – Run a Back up

1) Run the “Backup Option”, which will download the next 250 days into an Excel file, providing you a reservation calendar with basic reservation details.

How to access: Log into Easy InnKeeping, click on “File” menu and select “Backup”. This will start a download that can be opened with excel.

2) Use the “Print” button option from the daily, weekly, or monthly calendar screen from with in Easy InnKeeping.
